Give yourself the gift of retreat. Slow down, unplug and join three unique and complementary yoga teachers for an experience that will deepen your connection to yourself, your life, and the things that are most important. Practice yoga, meditate, swim, and explore at Maya Tulum, a small eco-friendly resort located on its own secluded beach along the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Nourish yourself with fresh, healthy food, meet new friends and soak up the sun and sea as the stresses of everyday life melt away.

Each day includes an energizing 90-minute morning asana practice, a grounding and cooling afternoon asana session, and an evening lecture. There will be ample time to swim in the warm Caribbean Ocean, enjoy miles of pristine beaches or indulge in spa services available at Maya Tulum. We’ve scheduled a full day off! Opt to visit ancient Mayan ruins, the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Nature Reserve, world-famous cenotes, or simply relax. You will also have an opportunity to participate in a Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony with a shaman!
