Please join us for the fifth annual Tulum retreat at one of the most renowned yoga retreats and spas in the world.  Maya Tulum is a beautiful retreat center located an hour and a half south of Cancun, Mexico on the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Sea.  The service is stellar, the meals are healthy, delicious and abundant, and the spa hosts a number of truly phenomenal healers.  We will begin our days with vinyasa flow yoga that will be both invigorating and replenishing.  We will end our days with slow flow, yin yoga, restorative yoga, Thai massage, and other self-care delights.  The days are completely free to relax on the beach, play in the ocean, explore ancient Mayan ruins, go on guided excursions, eat delicious food and receive pampering spa treatments.

Jenn and Angie have been holding retreats together, locally and internationally, for over five years. Their retreats are fun and transformational. They create an environment of levity, connection, and healing; one where you can fully embrace yourselves and your lives as they are.

This week will be a space where we can experience the lightness of being.  It will be a space beyond doing, beyond our checklists and daily obligations. A space where we allow ourselves to be nourished physically, emotionally, and spiritually so that we can return to life with a renewed sense of gratitude and inspiration.

Daily Schedule:

  • 2 hour morning vinyasa flow yoga practice
  • Delicious buffet style cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Free time for sunning, swimming, relaxation, exploration, and adventure
  • 2 hour afternoon/evening gathering will include:
  • Optional Temazcal Mayan sweat lodge ceremony, gentle flow yoga, restorative/yin yoga, thai massage.  (We have also been known to find some time for dancing after dark and final day sunrise yoga on the beach)!
