Erinn Lewis weaves over 5,000 teaching hours and 12 years of global teaching experience, with humor, contemplation, and a dose of good for your soul sweat. Her classes are an adventure packed with yoga mythology, intelligent alignment, artistic expression, mindfulness, and dynamic sequencing. You will leave refreshed with a quiet buzz, a lightened heart and a deeper, sweeter connection to the intuitive place within. She is known for tapping into both the fire and nectar of yoga so that your own light can shine out.

She has extensively studied across lineages including Anusara, Bikram, Baptiste Power Yoga, Dharma Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin.  Her personal practice and teaching style is infused with additional in depth studies in Transpersonal Psychology, Chinese Medicine, Intuitive Eating, Ayurveda, The Art of Yoga Project, Street Yoga, DBT Skills (which include mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance), 12-step recovery principles, body dysmorphia, trauma sensitivity, Buddhism, yoga mythology, and a love of poetry and music. As a mother of two young girls, the last 6 years has unfolded a vulnerability and strength she now shares with an open heart through her classes, workshops, and retreats. This has brought her closer to her own wisdom and truth, that if the practice of life (yoga) is not cracking you open… lean in, soften, breathe, and find space.

Mark Herron is first and foremost a dad.  His two sons are his heart center and his focus and love begins and ends with them. In addition to being a dad, Mark a yogi, photographer, designer, actor, seeker, adventurer and lover of life.  He believes that his life experiences can be of service to others and through yoga he can share and create beautiful relationships in life. He acknowledges the duality in life and also believes that choices are ours to make.  As a co-owner of Sukha Yoga in Austin, Texas, Mark looks to continue on the path of exploration and being curious about all that makes us human.
