Maya Tulum Resort has partnered with AWAKE SUP Yoga & Paddleboard to bring you a week of daily invigorating yoga classes, empowering paddleboard classes and amazing food. Leave the chaos of the city behind you and spend a week unplugged. Saturday – Arrival Day
3pm – Check in
6pm – Group meeting for introduction
7pm – Dinner
8:30pm – Maya Tulum orientation

Sunday – What’s SUP Overview
8:15am-9:30am – Yoga class
9:30am-10:30am – Breakfast
11am-1pm – Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding, SUP history, equipment, modalities, visual presentation
1pm-3pm – Lunch
3pm-4pm – Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
4pm-5:15pm – Yoga class
5:30pm-7pm – General overview and FAQs, safety training, inland demo, techniques and turns, getting to know your posture and your paddle
7pm-9pm – Dinner

Monday and Thursday – Water, Learn & Fun in Kaan Luum Lagoon
8am-9am – Breakfast
9am-1pm – SUP & SUP Yoga
1pm-3pm – Lunch
3pm-4pm -Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
4pm-5:15pm – Yoga class
5:15pm-7pm – Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
7pm-9pm – Dinner

Wednesday – Free day
8am-10am – Breakfast
8:15am-9:30am – Yoga Class
10am-1pm – Optional Tour: Tulum Ruins, Coba Ruins, Sian Ka’an, Cenotes, etc. (not included)
1pm-3pm – Lunch
3pm-4pm – Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
4pm-5:15pm – Yoga class
5:15pm-7pm – Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
7pm-9pm – Dinner

Tuesday and Friday – Casa Cenote, time to be a Mermaid or Merman
8am-9am – Breakfast
9am-1pm – SUP, floating meditation and snorkel with Mermaid or regular fins
1pm-3pm – Lunch
3pm-4pm – Free time to visit the spa, relax on the beach, explore Tulum, etc.
4pm-5:15pm – Yoga class
6pm-7pm – Picture projection and closing ceremony (Friday only)
