Shri Hamilton- Hubbard, E-RYT, began her yoga practice over 20 years ago.  She is co owner of The Shala San Marco, a community based yoga studio in Jacksonville, Florida and she leads teacher trainings and retreats all over the world.  Shri’s classes offer sacred space and an uplifting message grounded with an all levels physical practice focusing on precision alignment and therapeutic exploration.  Shri honors the mind/body/spirit continuum;  all practices include attention to breath patterns and a rejuvenating meditation experience.

Ragda McAfee, MPT, RYT is a licensed master of physical therapy, registered yoga teacher, meditation guide, master Reiki practitioner, spirit group leader and facilitator, and personal growth and spiritual guide.  Ragda obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Psychology and Human Development (1994), and received her master’s degree in physical therapy from The University of St. Augustine, Florida (1999).  Ragda teaches multi-level, hatha yoga for all age groups while combining her knowledge of the physical body with decades of personal spiritual work.  She inspires practitioners to cultivate their OWN guidance from within through the practice of yoga and meditation.
