Through a progressive series of talks, guided meditations, and contemplations, we will introduce beginners to awakening through lucid dreaming, and help those already familiar with it to go deeper.

Andrew Holecek will be bringing the spiritual side into these nighttime practices, and show how lucid dreaming can evolve into dream yoga, which can evolve into sleep yoga, which can further evolve into bardo yoga. It’s safe to say that there is no program offered anywhere in the world that is quite like this. You will come out of this program with a totally new relationship to sleep and dream, and learn how you can use every night for psychological and spiritual growth.

Because lucid dreaming develops into dream yoga, which develops into sleep yoga, which can evolve into bardo yoga, it’s for anyone interested in psychological and spiritual development, those who want to learn about the creative powers of the mind, or those who want to prepare for death (the bardos).

Finally, it’s for those drawn to Buddhist practice, and interested in waking up spiritually. This may seem ambitious. But remember that if you live to be ninety, you’ve spent thirty years sleeping: in a state of consciousness you know very little about. Don’t you want to change that? Think about how much you could learn in “night school” if you had even a few of those extra years.

Retreat Details

  • Begins with dinner on Saturday around 7:00pm and ends with breakfast the following Saturday.
  • Includes cabanas that have double or king beds and provide a sitting area with cozy chairs, inviting coffee tables and a tiled bathroom with open shower area.
  • Includes three healthy, delicious meals daily; meals are primarily vegan and vegetarian, with fresh seafood or fish served once each day. Coffee, teas, juice & water available all day.
  • Includes ample time for relaxation, walking the beach, ocean swimming, and to enjoy local options, such as the Tulum Ruins, jungle trips or snorkeling.
  • There are exceptional spa services, two yoga studios and the restaurant overlooks the ocean.
