Two yoga classes and a nutrition/lifestyle session each day will keep you engaged in the process of unwinding and rejuvenating.  A chunk of afternoon time is set aside for playing in the waves, walking on the beach or just reading a book.  Unlike many retreats, all daily sessions are optional.  Pick and choose from what is offered based on how you feel – choose a little of choose a lot.  Yogis of all levels are welcome!
